What to expect: further study days
& workshops

The further study days will be largely practical, with opportunities to explore new ideas or familiar themes in more depth, with some theory. If you feel your practice has become a little jaded, or would like to explore some more, these classes are for you.

They are suitable for teachers and students with some experience. If you are unsure whether they are suitable for you, please ask. Generally, if you have been attending classes for at least a term or so and have an open mind to the theory and practice of Yoga, you should be fine.

Workshops may be offered on a number of different themes and presented in a variety of formats - check the individual workshop for details. Again they will be largely practical unless specified otherwise and are generally suitable for all with some experience of practice or attending classes.
