Our Aim
Is to support you during this special time and make your pregnancy a time you will always cherish

     

 

Having a baby
is one of life's most wonderful experiences and we at Living Yoga aim to support you through this special time. Being pregnant can be both wonderful and challenging but we encourage you to do the best possible for you and your baby.

 

What's on offer
Here at Living Yoga we offer you the pregnant mum a package that is adapted to suit you, to support you throughout your pregnancy and prepare you for the birth of your child.

 

     

The package includes
Regular group classes where you have the opportunity to share and gain mutual support from other mums to be.
In these sessions you will learn Yoga based postures, breathing techniques, and how to relax and meditate.

Individual sessions where you have your own personal programme, designed to suit your individual needs, that you can use at home.

When and where?
The group classes are held in our Yoga studio, which is in Hanley Swan between Malvern and Worcester. Each session is 1¼ hrs long. There are currently classes on Tuesday evenings.

The individual sessions are arranged to suit you. We recommend at least 3 sessions during your pregnancy.
