This retreat will include a mixture of yoga practice and seated meditation with silence observed from saturday morning until sunday lunchtime. This is predominantly a practice retreat with some supporting instruction. This is an opportunity to deepen your practice of yoga and meditation within the nurturing environment of Holland House.
The cost of the retreat is £280 and includes 2 nights full board(single rooms) and all tuition. This retreat will be led by Gail and Dave at Holland House, located near Pershore, Worcestershire.
