Taking time to create a new vision for the festive season and the new year. 3rd-5th December 2010 A weekend retreat of simple Yoga practice and reflection at Holland House near Pershore Find an Oasis of Peace within the December chaos.

This retreat will include a mixture of simple yoga practice and time to reflect and meditate on a vision for the year ahead. We will also present some user friendly philosophy based on the wisdom of the yoga sutra. This is an opportunity to take stock and create a new vision. The retreat is suitable for all levels of experience.

The cost of the retreat is £270 and includes 2 nights full board(single rooms) and all tuition. This retreat will be led by Gail and Dave at Holland House, located near Pershore, Worcestershire.
