Yoga for Pregnancy

Our Aim is to support you during this special time and make your pregnancy a time you will always cherish
Having a baby is one of life's most wonderful experiences and at Living Yoga we aim to support you through this special time. Being pregnant can be both wonderful and challenging, but we encourage you to do the best that is possible for you and your baby.

We offer weekly group classes where you have the opportunity to share and gain mutual support from other mums to be. In these sessions you will learn Yoga based postures, breathing techniques, and the principles of active birth. We also offer periodically a "Mums & Dads" evening for you and your partner where we present the different stages of labour and how to apply the techniques you will have learnt in class during labour and the birth.
We also offer individual sessions where we can design a tailor-made programme to meet your particular needs. This suits some women better, particularly when they do not have a regular schedule or the class times are not suitable.
